I am a freelance translator, specialising in the translation from Russian to English of song lyrics (in singable versions that fit the original music), poems, and general literary texts. My aim is to help talented Russian writers overcome barriers in reaching the English-speaking world.
I have qualifications in Russian from the Chartered Institute of Linguists, and a Classics degree from Cambridge University.
Я переводчик-фрилансер, специализирующийся в переводе с русского на английский текстов русских песен (по версиам подходящим для музыкального исполнения), стихотворений и общих литературных текстов. Моя цель—помочь талантливым русским писателям преодолеть барьеры в обращении к англоязычному миру.
Квалифицированный переводчик с русского языка (Chartered Institute of Linguists), я получил высшее образование в Кембриджском университете, где изучал древнегреческий и латынь.
