‘Dislocation’ is a follow-up to ‘Disbelief’, which was published in January 2023 by Smokestack Books. ‘Dislocation’ is a bilingual (Russian and English) collection of 200 Russian-language poems written largely after Russia’s latest invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022.

The translations are the work of a collective of seven translators, of whom I am one. The collection is edited by Anya Krushelnitskaya and Julia Nemirovskaya and is published by Three String Books, a Slavica, Indiana University Publishers imprint.

The first poem and translation above can be found in ‘Dislocation’. Its ‘pair’ was written after ‘Dislocation’ came out and will appear in the follow-up anthology now in planning.
